Fun Fact

Did you know that the average person’s attention span is only 9 seconds which is in fact shorter than that of a goldfish? This stat highlights the impact that modern day distractions are having on today’s society. Digital distractions are a leading cause when it comes to lack of focus with the average person checking their phone over 150 times per day. This quirky fact is a reminder of the importance of mindfulness and digital detox in today’s tech-driven world.
